HUNTLY
These two beautifully designed, Federation red brick homes by DSP Architects illustrate the Federation period in the Californian Bungalow, and their style compliments the Moonee Ponds area.
Detailed features abound, such as western red cedar panels in the porch area and an alfresco area leading into the courtyards and study, spacious living room, three bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom.
The living area and kitchen are presented with grey box timber flooring, reflecting the Classical spirit with pull out doors and detailed finish. Each colour in the kitchen plays a decisive role. A classic cream colour scheme is used extensively throughout, and creates a sharp, distinctive contrast with the black granite benchtops.
The appliques in the skirting and architraves also reflect the era of the 40s and 50s.
