    A little bit about Pierrick…

    From August 2004 to December 2017, Pierrick Boyer was the Executive Pastry Chef at the RACV City Club / Le Petit Gateau. Classically trained with over 28 years’ experience in the industry (in France, Belgium, Italy, America & Australia). Also actively involved in charity work, such as: The Starlight Foundation, Australian Childhood Foundation, The Royal Children’s Hospital, Olivia Newton John Cancer & Wellness Centre, HeartKids, Skin Cancer & Strokes Foundation, Hope Foundation Laos, One Plate…
