Family-owned & operated, Arlington Homes are a Melbourne-based boutique building service with 30 years building experience in building custom-designed homes, from Federation to Contemporary twenty-first century designs. 

We operate across a number of market segments with order architectural design housing and multi-unit development, our focus is on second and third home buyers as well as residential property developers.

Our mission is to inspire, nurture and develop our clients wonderful journey that is building. We exist to create experiences where passion and purpose connect, only then can we display these efforts to our customers. MANAGING DIRECTOR

David Caruana’s passion and enthusiasm for building are displayed through Arlington Home’s completed projects. Completing his first unit development in the 90’s, Davids passion for creating quality homes has resonated with his clients.
